The year 2009 marks the 80th Anniversary of the Romanian Beneficial and Cultural Society – also known as Graiul Romanesc. Our group of Romanian and Canadian born individuals- and their families- enjoy many activities together throughout the year. We’re involved with presenting annual scholarships, developing a Romanian Library, assisting others, visiting museums, attending concerts, hosting a Martisor Dinner Dance and arranging a variety of social events for our members. Our yearly programs focus upon things that benefit the Romanian Community and opportunities for us to enjoy our Romanian Heritage.
